Julie is a seasoned professional whose career spanned marketing, advertising, and branding before she found her true calling more than 15 years ago in executive search and later, talent acquisition. Her diverse background, shaped at iconic fashion houses such as Chanel, Ralph Lauren, and Donna Karan gives her a distinctive perspective through which she views recruitment: as a blend of art and science.

Over the years, Julie has become a trusted partner to leading consumer brands, specializing in recruiting transformative leaders across fashion and omni-channel retail. As Head of Talent Acquisition for major retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, MediaCom and most recently, Tapestry (Coach, kate spade & Stuart Weitzman) where she has led large recruitment teams through periods of growth, scale, and restructuring, she connected organizations to top-tier talent, ensuring lasting impact.

Julie’s passion for recognizing potential doesn’t stop at the corporate level. She has been instrumental in designing internship programs that serve as talent pipelines, nurturing the next generation of business leaders. By actively engaging with students and understanding the evolving demands of the job market, she has bridged a gap between academia and industry,adding tremendous value to colleges and universities alike.

Born out of expertise. And necessity. 

For more than 15 years, Julie led talent acquisition teams and interviewed thousands of candidates just starting out—interns, new grads, and early-career professionals. Many had strong credentials and real potential but struggled to present themselves in a way that matched their abilities. Resumes were generic, LinkedIn profiles incomplete, and interview prep was often inconsistent. Julie saw firsthand how this gap could be the difference between being overlooked and being remembered for all the right reasons.

She left the corporate world to change that.

CareerPREP Solutions was born from Julie’s desire to turn experience into impact—helping the next generation show up ready, with polished materials, a clear strategy, and the confidence to own their story. It was the right time to build something of her own, rooted in what she cares about most: helping others shape their future with clarity and purpose.

The Story Behind CareerPREP Solutions

CareerPREP Solutions was born out of a simple conversation with my nephew, a soon-to-be college graduate preparing for a job interview. He had some experience and talent, but like so many students, he wasn’t sure how to translate it into a compelling story.


It wasn’t about potential; he had plenty of this. What he really needed was structured preparation and a strategy. In that moment, I realized how common this gap is for other students and early-career professionals and how transformative the right guidance can be.
