Julie is a seasoned talent leader with over 15 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, following an early career in marketing, advertising, and branding. Her time at iconic fashion houses including Ralph Lauren, Chanel, and Donna Karan shaped her belief in the power of branding and storytelling.
Her later leadership roles, including Head of Talent Acquisition at Saks Fifth Avenue and most recently Tapestry (Coach, kate spade & Stuart Weitzman), reinforced that hiring is both an art and a science—requiring judgment, structure, and data to make strong hiring decisions consistently.
Known for her ability to identify potential early, Julie has built internship programs and talent pipelines that strengthen organizations while preparing future leaders. She brings a practical, real-world understanding of how hiring works—and what professionals need to do to navigate their job search successfully.

CareerPREP Solutions began with a simple conversation. My nephew, a soon-to-be graduate, had experience and talent—but struggled to explain it in a way that landed. What he needed wasn’t more potential, but structured preparation.
